Where we deliver
We ship across India to most PIN codes. In some very remote locations we use India Post or local partners which may increase transit time.
- Domestic (India): Major cities, towns and many rural areas.
- International: Not available by default. For bulk or special shipments contact support.
Estimated delivery times
Estimates begin from the date of dispatch (not order date). Actual times depend on carrier and local conditions.

Delays can happen during festivals, high-demand sale periods, or due to courier disruptions.
Shipping charges & free shipping
- Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
Tracking your order
After dispatch you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number. You can also track from My Account > Orders.
Returns & failed deliveries
If delivery fails, the courier will attempt re-delivery (attempts vary by carrier). If the package is returned to us we will contact you to re-arrange delivery or issue a refund.
- Keep packaging and take photos if an item is damaged during transit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable when refusal is customer's choice, unless we are at fault.
FAQ
- Change address after ordering? Possible only before dispatch — contact support immediately with your order number.
- Do you deliver on Sundays? Mostly Monday–Saturday; Sunday delivery may be available in some areas.
- Refund timing? Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after return confirmation; depends on bank/payment partner.
